cannot change the row width in pdf exports

hi,

this is my first post on this mailing list. 

currently i'm working on exporting to pdf function. but i'm facing is  a issue with the width of the columns. some colums has too little width that it cramps up the content. is there a way to decide the width of the column in pdf exports. 

i've attached a image of pdf i'm getting for better understanding of the problem.(i'm not sure if its ok to attached in a mailing list)

please give me some pointers on how to fix this issue.

Hi,

  You have to customize the display pdf component.

1)      Download display tag src.

2)      Need to update the initTable() in org.displaytag.export. PdfView

i.e: float[] columnWidths = { 5f, 5f, 6f, 5f,---}; // Dependence on your columns (5f or 6f etc).

                  pdfpTablePDF.setWidths(columnWidths);

3)      Create jar and give a reference of this.
